We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment method. Payment is made in cash to the courier upon receipt of the product.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across European Union countries. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Shipping costs, if any, will be clearly communicated before the order is confirmed.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As per European consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact our customer service via email at info@tempatrolet.com with your order number. You are responsible for returning the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
